Yes! To lose weight in a healthy manner and keep it off, it is critical to not starve yourself. Instead, we work on finding a balance where you eat all the nutritious food groups including fats, protein, carbs, fruits and vegetables along with the food items that you enjoy eating.

Healthy weight loss requires two things: 1. Losing fat 2.Building lean muscle. Our bootcamp philosophy focuses on both so you will not only lose weight, but also look more toned, feel more energetic, eat holistically, sleep better and will learn how to work with your body rather than against it.

We don’t believe in distributing mass diet plans and asking our users to follow it blindly. Instead, we seek to educate and empower our users with the science behind food, weight loss and how it interacts and impacts our bodies and minds. This helps set them up for success for life.

Yes! Our bootcamps are suitable for all fitness levels. We start from the basics and gradually build up so you will never feel confused or alone. Moreover, our LIVE workouts have instructors coaching you in real time on technique, form and posture so you never have to worry about incorrect moves or getting injured.

Yes! Our bootcamps are specifically designed for women who: 1. Have struggled to see results with other diets & programs 2. Struggle with poor habits, hormone imbalance, stress or sleep issues 3. Have high self-drive but struggle with consistency 4. Will benefit from accountability & structure 5. Know the basics but want to improve techniques further and step up their workouts

We recommend starting with 3-5 workouts per week and gradually building up. Taking 1-2 days to rest and recover are also critical to allow for muscle repair, avoid fatigue and maintain performance for the rest of the week. You can always rake a light yoga class, do some stretches or go for a short walk on your rest day.

When you work out LIVE, the instructor observes and guides you in real-time, shares feedback, corrects posture and offers adjustments. This reduces the chances if injury or doing incorrect moves. Additionally, you workout alongside a group of powerhouse women which helps with staying motivated. Recorded workouts can be done on your own time and are good for days when you need more flexibility in your schedule.

The plan you pick should strictly be based on your fitness goal. If your goal is weight loss and have no prior history of any special condition or injuries, our 4-week Bootcamps will be a good fit. If you are looking to get active, look good and feel strong, our Premium package will be best-suited for you.

Absolutely! There are multiple live classes running all day. You can stick to a single workout you enjoy or mix and match different types of workouts—all on a single plan.
